How it works

Usage Guide
When using your ceramic pan for the first time, grease the entire inside with an oil of your choice and place over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat this oil curing process at least every three months to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
Always wait for the pan to cool before washing it. Do not immerse the hot pan in cold water. Although ceramic coating is designed to be durable, thermal shock can occur, resulting in cracking or loss of adhesion.
Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners for cleaning. Always use neutral detergent and a soft sponge. If there is food residue when cleaning, fill the pan with water and leave for a few minutes. A soft brush can be useful for removing food debris.
Always use pans with silicone, wooden or nylon utensils. Do not use metal utensils as they may damage the surface of the ceramic non-stick coating. Knives or utensils with sharp edges should not be used to cut food inside your pan.
Avoid falls and friction. The ceramic coating is durable, but can be damaged if accidentally dropped or bumped against a hard surface.
